How does elderberry syrup taste?
Our Original Organic Elderberry Syrup Recipe (when you add our recommended amount of local honey) is sweet with a mild berry taste like that of blackberries. A nice cinnamon & clove flavor and a little bit of a zing from the ginger root.
It is rather enjoyable. We have other variations that include ingredients such as organic rose hips, hibiscus, orange and cranberry.
